Tribunal hearings

The Special Educational Needs Tribunal for Wales (SENTW) will usually want to hear about the appeal and claim at a tribunal hearing.

We will ask you to tell us who you will be bringing to the hearing. We will always let you know in writing about the names of everyone attending and the date and arrangements for the tribunal hearing.

Children and teenagers, you may also find the information on the Children and Young People page of our website helpful. If you want, you can ask an adult to help you to fill in our forms.

Our video clip shows you what happens at Aled’s tribunal hearing.

Our forms and guidance booklets can be downloaded by using the links below or if you would like a copy sent to you, please contact us.
